Malmi joined Dental Care International at 20 after a difficult start in life, including unstable work and personal challenges.![]()

Today, at 23, she has built stability working in a dental clinic and is continuing her studies in the Office Management Diploma Program while working full-time.![]()

She calls this her second chance—and is now building a future of purpose, stability, and hope!
Our 14th batch of 11 young women has been hard at work in the classroom, studying and learning. They have now also begun working in the “clinic,” applying their knowledge in a practical setting. They are already doing so well and showing great progress!
This year, DCI is supporting 13 alumni from our Dental Surgery Assistant Program as they continue their education through the Office Management Diploma Program—a TVEC Level 5 qualification that prepares them for greater leadership and responsibility within the dental profession.![]()
