Dr. Stephen Nassof graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1977 and completed the pediatric residency program at the University of Maryland in 1981. From 1977 to 1979 he was a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service in New Mexico, providing dental services to Zuni Indians. He had his own private practice in Maryland from 1981 to 1987 and, in 1984, he accepted the position of Director of Pediatric Dentistry at the Frederick County Maryland Health Department. After moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Nassof joined Dental Care International in 2006 while also becoming an adjunct professor at the UNLV Dental School in 2009. Dr. Nassof is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Nevada Dental Association. He has traveled to Ecuador with DCI to provide dental services to children in the Andes.
In his spare time, Dr. Nassof enjoys working out, traveling with his wife (especially to New York to visit with his two "Wall Street" sons), and following most sports. His heart belongs to the Duke Blue Devils where he did his undergraduate studies.
